By booking our event styling and/or prop hire services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy serves as a mutual agreement to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience.

We provide event styling and prop hire for various occasions including weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. The specific scope of services and items hired will be confirmed in writing prior to the event date.

• A deposit is required to secure your event date and props.
• Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days and may be subject to change after that period.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• All hired items remain the property of FaireLaFetee Events.
• Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of all hired items from delivery until collection.
• Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement value.

• Clear and timely access to the event location must be arranged.
• Delays caused by restricted access may affect the final setup.
• Additional setup/pack-down charges may apply for out-of-hours or difficult access.

• We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of hired items.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure hired items are used safely and appropriately.

Photos and designs created or styled by FaireLaFetee Events may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be shared via our website or upon request.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
